Purpose - A 6 week general program that will develop various traits - strength, hypertrophy & conditioning. Can be repeated after a week off for recovery or used as a platform to target more specific goals in the future.

V1 vs V2 - V1 suits those that like to train on weekdays only. V2 suits those that prefer to use the weekends for training. Both will work and are a matter of preference.
